Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only considered for defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, dropping, mishandling, improper storage, alterations, accidents, or customer negligence are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Approved refunds are only issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
